Policy
Refund & cancellation policy
How plan changes, cancellations and refunds work, including the free starter tier.

Requires legal review
This document is written to describe the platform’s actual behaviour, but one or more provisions depend on facts that must be confirmed before it is relied on as a binding policy. The specific items to confirm are:
- Confirm statutory cancellation and refund rights in the operator's target markets, including any mandatory cooling-off period.
- Confirm the policy matches the merchant account's actual refund tooling once payments go live.
The free starter plan
The free starter plan costs nothing and requires no card. You can use it for as long as you like, subject to its published limits.
Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Because the platform can be evaluated for free before purchase, paid periods are generally not refunded once they have begun. Where a payment was made in error, or where a paid feature failed to work and we could not fix it, contact us and we will review the request fairly.
Where the law gives you a right to a refund or a cancellation window, that right applies regardless of the above.
Your work after cancelling
Cancelling a paid plan does not delete your work. Your projects, sources and documents remain accessible so you can review and export them, within the free plan's limits.
